Services

Specific programs, learning outcomes, schedules, deliverables, and fees are detailed in individual Course Outline sections on this website.

Registration

All registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (funded programs exempted) and completion of enrollment forms. We reserve the right to decline registration if prerequisites are unmet.

Intellectual Property

Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Participant Obligations

You are prohibited from recording sessions, sharing login credentials, or soliciting our instructors or partners for outside services without authorization.

Program Delivery

We may adjust schedules or instructors when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, providing reasonable notice. Disruptions beyond our control may lead to rescheduling or virtual alternatives where possible.

Study Abroad Terms

We do not guarantee admission. Applicants are responsible for their documents and visa results. Health and conduct requirements apply, and violations may lead to termination without refund.

Research Terms

Research follows ethical approvals and data protection rules. Regular mentor supervision is required, and failure to meet milestones may end the project. Publications and authorship follow academic standards with approval.

Certification

Certificates are issued only after meeting program requirements. Records are kept for verification with participant consent. Misuse or falsification of credentials may lead to a permanent ban and legal action.

Confidentiality & Privacy

We protect your personal information, according to our Privacy Policy. Study abroad sensitive documents are handled with security protocols and archived after application completion unless retention is legally required.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are for education and skills only, with no guarantee of specific outcomes. Liability for any claim is limited to the program fees paid, and force majeure applies.

Refund Statement

Self-sponsored program fees are non-refundable due to limited capacity. Payment secures your spot, therefore another applicant may be turned away as a result. Refunds cannot be issued.

Termination & Withdrawal

Upon termination, you forfeit fees paid and must immediately cease using our materials and resources. You may withdraw from programs according to the refund statement.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be handled in good faith with our team. If unresolved in 90 days, they proceed to binding mediation, then arbitration or litigation in Nairobi under Kenyan Law.

Third-Party Services

Programs may use third-party platforms or vendors. We aren’t responsible for their terms, privacy, or service issues. Participants must follow all third-party rules.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Pathfinder Agency, an affiliate of Vivid Gold, harmless for claims arising from rule violations, false information, misconduct, IP infringement, or breaches of laws and institutional policies.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms for new programs or regulations. Changes are posted on our website, and participants are notified by email. Continued participation implies acceptance.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms, together with Enrollment Agreements, Course Outlines, and Research Contracts, constitute the entire agreement.
