Turning passion into industry-ready capability

Kenya's youth are among the most digitally engaged on the continent — yet formal recognition of video game-adjacent skills remains scarce. Pathfinder bridges this gap by embedding structured, progressive skill development across every program. From game design fundamentals at age 10 to advanced vocational pathways at 24, participants build capabilities in areas like narrative design, esports management, software development, digital marketing, and quality assurance — skills that are directly transferable to Kenya's fast-growing creative and technology economy.
