Mobility is about movement — from informal play to formal skills, from local recognition to global opportunity, and from employment to entrepreneurship. Pathfinder's scholarship and fellowship programs are intentionally designed to reduce the barriers youth face in accessing high-growth industries. By connecting Kenyan talent to international institutions, study abroad opportunities, and global video game, esports, tech or applied  networks, Pathfinder creates real upward pathways — for youth who would otherwise remain locked out of the creative, digital or orange economy.
